New Kozue Amano artbook!

According to Amano-sensei's home page, her second artbook, "Stella", will be released March 29! And I'll be in Tokyo on that day! YAY!!!

In other news, Aria-shachou no longer moves. Kind of a disappointment and relief at the same time.XD

50 Questions With Amano-Sensei

Amano-sensei updated her profile page with a 50 Questions kind of thing. ^^; Maybe it's just as well my next Japanese class starts on Monday - I can pick my sensei's brain.XD

Also of interest - Akari was the original cover girl for Aria vol 6. I think the reason Alice was picked instead was that Akari had already been on 3 covers, but that is probably not an accurate translation.

Aria-shachou moves again!

Now it's his paws and mouth twitching. Happily his tail no longer does the flippy thing. I wonder if this really is the Aria anime that was rumored.^^;

In other news, Alice is the cover girl for vol 6. I predict Akira will be on vol 7. Dare we hope that Akatsuki will ever get a cover of his very own?

Crescent Noise

I still haven't been able to find Kozue Amano's Crescent Noise manga. Not the Japanese ones, at least. I have been able to find Chinese versions that are completely indecipherable to me. I may get them as a last resort, if I really can't find them in Japanese. I wish I had a Kinokuniya close enough to dash out to and check.

I'm not sure if it did this before, but the new picture of Aria-shachou on Amano-sensei's home page is now animated. It's rather disturbing to see his bobtail moving.XD

Amano-sensei has redesigned her site! still in frames though...and honestly, I didn't need to see Aria-shachou from that angle.^^;

No content update, except for a new photo of Maa-kun with antlers. V. festive!:)

Katamari Damacy cheats

OK, I didn't know there were so many levels of madness to KAtamari Damacy. I'm playing it over now, trying to unlock fabled Eternal modes, and discovered in the FAQ that I was apparently unlocking the Prince's cousins along the way. I didn't even see them! So now I've started a new game. I think it will be a suitable decompress after the somewhat stressful sessions of .hack. I like .hack, but need a little silliness. especially since I've discovered that Data Drain transforms some monsters into cute lil critters (a big-eyed "Dragon Puppy" in one case) that I have to kill in order to clear the level. ;_; hidoi!!! I've been trying to pretend they're Pokemon.^^;

Akemashite Omedetou minna-sama! Throw a hat in the air :D and let's continue to support Amano-sensei this year!

I finally have Kozue Amano's artbook Alpha, thanks to jpqueen. it's so pretty.... Less than half of it is Aqua/Aria illustrations though. I'm really curious now about her Crescent Noise manga. At the very least the art will be amazing. shall have to look into that...
